BHUSHAN SAWANT
Bhushan is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in real estate and financial services spanning across India, the Middle East and the USA. Over these years, he has gained insights into the fund raising landscape and understands the key drivers of the real estate market. His key strength lies in managing relationships with private equity funds, distributors, real estate developers and other market participants.
At Piramal Fund Management Ltd., he was responsible for investor relations and fund raising. Here he successfully led teams to manage a large base of investors and also regularly raised large funds in the domestic space over his entire tenure.
At ICICI in the USA, he led the team which raised investments for various India focused investment opportunities from financial institutions, endowments, foundations, family offices and high networth individuals.
He also worked with ICICI in Dubai in the Middle East. Prior to that, he held positions in India with Kotak Mahindra Bank, SMIFS and Reliance Capital.
Bhushan is an MBA from NMIMS, University of Mumbai.

Shankar brings in ~25 years of experience in the areas of financial services, BFSI technology consulting, project finance and corporate finance. He has worked in reputed enterprises spanning different sectors of businesses. His key strengths are hands-on operations management and managing relationships with banks & financial institutions. He was instrumental in raising substantial funds for the companies that he worked for.
Shankar oversees all finance and regulatory functions. His strong connect with and experience in fund raising adds significant value to the overall fund raising process. He has worked with the Welspun group, Reliance Capital, NSDL, Patni Computers, L&T Infotech, ESSAR Telecom and Loop Mobile.
Shankar has an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai and is a Grad.CWA from the ICWAI.
